What I want to do is transfer my RRTS data from MLB The Show 21 to MLB The Show 23. According to the information I found on the internet, this may not be possible. However, I are playing both games on the PS5 version and are subscribed to PS Plus, and I'm wondering if it's possible to transfer the data through features like cloud storage.

No, it is not possible!

They took that option out a couple years ago, when they introduced the Ball Player method.
