There were a ton of market crashes because of packs last year.
Remember what happened when the Signature series pack came last year?Not that I like this "limited" thing, it's scummy, but let's not pretend this is the first time packs have tanked the market
I remember, I think Trout dropped below 200k within about a month of release.
Your right. He bottomed out at 135k last year and then they had a stub sale never went below 200k again.

I stopped playing guy in september.

Or I mean you can just hold onto the card until the first stub sale?, its not like you can't pull your card off the market.

Either way, I lost at least half a million stubs when all my cards went from 70000 stubs to barely over quick sell.

Not at all, I had a bunch of cards that were going from 50000 to 80000 stubs, by the time it was done they were worth 8000 to 15000. Guys like Oswalt and Fergie Jenkins.
I wasn't losing a lot of sleep over it, but it happened.

Oswalt was nowhere near 50K-80K prior to. He was selling for roughly 35K yesterday. His price has fluctuated 8K at most during the period which these flash sales took place.

Here’s a tip I thought was obvious: buy the cards you want now when their price is low. If the cards you were hoarding went down in price, so too did the cards you were looking to purchase.

I just picked up Michael Kopech for 19k RIGHT when the Prospect 1 pack came out... LOL Should have picked up more!! Now he is back up to 33k... You can make so many stubs if you play this right TY everyone for free stubs

The one thing with the Show I’ve always been able to count on is the fact you guys weren’t like 2k. Well, guess it was good while it lasted.

I agree this is bull. They havent done this in a couple of years and never this early. No one is buying packs though and they need your money now lol. Even if people want to buy these flash packs they cant get em. Jokes on them.

He’s obviously been talking about the market crash from last year which he was referring too.
