Has anyone ever “lost” cards from their collection?

I did some gold exchanges last night ripped some packs but not all. I clearly remember certain cards I got I was looking forward to selling when I got on today. I log in and I don’t see them, I even double checked my completed and open orders. One of them specifically being J.D. Martinez. I don’t know what’s going on did I “lose” the card(s) and is there a way I can report something like this.

Posts like these always frighten me because it’s hard to keep track of everything.
