Keep losing Wheel/Roulette rewards at start of game

So whenever I log in and start the game, if I earned the wheel pack it does it for me but when it shows me the reward and I press continue, it only gives me the daily reward and the wheel reward disappears from my packs.
Anyone know how to get those reward packs back or is there somewhere else I need to look?

SDS has mentioned that those you see when you log in are past spins and you are not missing anything!

half the time the spin has already occurred in the game's mind, and it shows what you already have received. Thing is, you may not even know you already received it if it is standard packs or stubs. I have gotten duo packs and boss pack without actually spinning it. Then the next spin is exactly what i had in my pack inventory prior.

i still dont understand. It happened again. got the wheel when i started up, then when it went to the title screen no packs in my collection.
So I clicked on programs - reward path - shows my progress to the next wheel but all my wheel rewards gone.
