Bring back pitcher roulette or nerf pitcher stamina recovery

So sick of facing 99 Kluber every other game. At least make it where if you start a pitcher you cant start him again for the next 3-4 games. Everyone just running 3 starters and using the other 2 as relievers now. Turn down pitcher stamina recovery by double what it is now, especially in games where others quit, every pitchers stamina recovers so much if other player quits mid game.

A four man rotation should be doable, but a three man rotation is just plain lazy.

Bringing back the random wheel is a terrible terrible idea. Nobody wants this. Pitchers should simply be locked so they can't pitch back to back games. Simply decrease stamina regeneration further

Considering that most starters aren't going deep into games, the stamina hit isn't that hard to overcome. I like to get six innings out of my starter when possible and haven't used the starter out of the pen that much aside from getting Oswalt a couple of innings toward the blood diamond.
I feel like it sucks when people pitch 3 innings with separate starters or however they do it, and I don't really know how to combat it effectively. Perhaps if the starter comes out of the pen, they go to zero stamina for one game or something...but the people who already only play this like a video game and don't concern themselves much with real baseball strategy are always going to find the way that best serves themselves, and there's never going to be a perfect way to do it. I like being able to choose my own pitcher. It makes the innings missions far more bearable.

I did the Tampa collection early on and locked in Morton. I also picked the RP Morton card from the Classics pack. I keep Ohtani in my rotation for when games go into extra innings, but when it is his turn I take Morton out of the pen and put his SP card into the rotation for a spot start. RP Morton does mop up duty and has a miserable stat line for me, but the starter card is 3-1 with a 1.69 ERA and .94 WHIP.

Look people this was just implemented this year. It's going to take some adjusting to get right. Personally I think if you throw 1 game no matter how many innings/pitches you should not be able to start and have a count down of 4 games. Why do stamina and all that. Simplify it. Stamina should only be use if they come out of pen. And if they have a 4 game timer then they should have quarter stamina in pen. 3 game time half. 2 game 75 and 1 game basically full stamina but you could blow that up if you bring it before their next start and all stamina pen stamina used will carry over into in game stamina. That way it's up to you if you want to use that arm but know there will be a penalty on your next start
