    So I also have T-mobile internet and since July it hasn’t worked for me either, but for the past week it worked just fine. That is until today when I tried to play and it once again said challenge failed. I also messaged SDS a few times and they never gave me a straight answer

    I have t mobile. Has worked for the past year and today it stopped and I’m getting challenge failed

    Doing the reinstalling now smh this is wild. Been playing on T-Mobile for just about a year and had 0 problems

    I found a solution!!!

    On the T-Mobile APP go to Network..

    Then switch from wpa2/wpa3 recommend to wpa 2
    And reset modem!! It worked for me

    I don't have T-Mobile and this is happening to me now. Didn't have any trouble until today. I just uninstalled and I am now reinstalling but idk if that'll work. I use cox Internet not T-Mobile. Anyone have a fix?

    Having the same issue and started with the update for season 2. what a waste of dbl xp weekend and an update. getting so sick and tired of all the issues with the show last few years.

    Please let someone from SDS see this and do something! Use to be the best sports game out there not so much anymore.

    Fully reinstalled and same thing is still happening. Again I have cox not T-Mobile

    I'm having the same issue. If I remember correctly we had the same problem last year when season 2 was released. Don't read too much into your service. It's the game and the semi crappy product with little regard to address the same issues every year

    I can play co-op fine but its just single player online it doesn't work. Sds needs to do something

    Apparently theres a problem if you're using a wildcard. Taking my wildcard player worked for me.

    ITS YOUR WILDCARD PLAYER!!!!!!

    If you’re having this issue DO NOT WILDCARD a season one player only use core and season 2 players and it works. The wildcard is broken

    @Sh0t-g0blin_XBL I dont know/have a wild card player, where would I go to look at that, I just recently downloaded the game and have been playing for like 2 weeks, had this challenge failed issue off and on, and now it wont let me play at all online

    I’m here June 23rd and I haven’t been able to play online for like over 2 weeks now , it was working fine , then one day it just stopped. I deleted and reinstalled, im at this moment connected to my hotspot and it still doesn’t work and I have T-Mobile internet so tmobile isn’t the problem, they truly have to fix their game , been building dd team for no reason it seems

    Sorry but multiple people who have t mobile are having the same problem so it's definitely T-Mobile

    Man… this sucks. Wife and I just bought a house, been playing the show heavy this year. We switched to T-Mobile internet and now having this “Challenge Failed” issue. I’ve never once experienced this. What a freaking joke. None of these fixes seem to work, nor should any of us have to be dealing with this.
