Challenge Failed

I have had trouble connecting to every online Head to Head game mode since the launch of the game. I have tried to change the internet, I have tried to reset the internet, I have tried to reset the PS5 console, and I have tried to change some settings on the PS5. Nothing has worked.
Also MLB the Show 23 is the only game on my console where I can't play online H2H.
Does anyone have any suggestions that can help me?
PS. I also posted this in User to User help but I see there are more recent posts in General Discussion.

I'm having the exact same trouble but I've read a lot of people are having the same issue. They're avoiding the issue too
