Stadium editor help

I have been trying to play with the stadium editor. I just don't get it, why is that board in CF even there? Not all ballparks have something straight away. Or if I want to put something there like a garden area or a hill it's not allowed to be against the wall because it says it's on the field? The samething with the stands?
I have watched a couple of tutorials on YouTube but I can't seem to make anything work. I have seen some nice looking stadiums and others that imo are stupid. I prefer something realistic than fantasy.
So am I missing something that others are doing with their stadiums?

Your required to have a batter's eye in centerfield. There is no way around it.

I don't have a PS5, so I can't create a stadium, but are there ways to make seats in center with something like the shrubbery in center at Wrigley, or the tarp at Yankee stadium?

I understand that. But if I try using like Ranger Hill or a garden plaza I can't connect it to the fence. And technically Ranger Hill is part of the fence! It's the same with the stands I can't have to the side fences or behind home plate unless there is some sort of gap?
