Stats not counting toward program

I am currently on the silver contact program for my ballplayer, but my in game stats are not counting toward the program. How can I fix this?

Not sure. I was progressing until I reached gold and now program reads 0. Anyone have any clues on what to do? Playing on veteran so not sure if that’s an issue

None of my stats on rtts are working my rtts player in dd isn’t the same and I only have 1 rtts player please fix this

Go to the screen where you check the progression then play next available immediately after.

Since 21 I haven't been able to get my rtts player above silver because the program quits tracking. That's 3 years in a row which is absolutely ridiculous. Glad I only bought 21 but haven't wasted a penny on the last two games. And before it's suggested duh I have Mission progress on, it tracked until silver then quit working. Changed my perk skill set to silver. Just ridiculous this company can't fix common issues
