Some cards not usable?

I’ve noticed some cards don’t show up when I try to put them on a team. First noticed it with a WBC Ronald Acuna Jr. I purchased the card off the Marketplace but it doesn’t show up as an option when building a team. Wanted him on my Braves TT until I get the Charisma version. I don’t have it in front of me, but I think it’s the 90 WBC card in the Venezuela jersey. I don’t even know what those cards came from; I got it off Marketplace. Has anyone else noticed this or have they mentioned anything? Am I missing something about these particular cards?

I tried to sub WBC Camilo Doval in place of LS Doval earlier today, and WBC didn't show up in the sub list. Strange, I thought. I then thought to remove LS Doval from my squad and replace with a different card, and only then did WBC Doval show up in the sub list. Pretty sure I wouldn't have had to undertake that extra step on a same-player sub last year, but it's a workaround. I wonder if your issue with Acuna is similar (if you have LS Acuna equipped?).

If you have a different version of the card on your team you will need to take him out. It’s a pretty weird glitch but I bought the 99 Darvish card and thought I lost it. I just had to replace my Gold Darvish with any other card, then when I went to replace again both were there. It’s happened with several cards now that I have multiples of.
You may have a lower different version of Acuna on your team or you are playing a mode which doesn’t allow WBC players.
