March to October Glitch

I was playing march to October and I got off to take a break and do some errands when I come back I can't load into my file. At first whenever I would select the march to October tab it would load me into my file. Now when I select it it would make me select the load file and when I select it, it would load for two seconds and take me back to the main menu as if I never did anything. I have the file still on my 5 but it wouldn't load it on the game. Anybody run into a similar issue ? I was in the NLCS with the Cubs on Legend mode and I would love to get the prize for finishing it.
