Unable to put a starting pitcher with outfield secondaries like Ohtani in the outfield to start the game

If you have him in the Rotation you have to put him at DH

Yea it wouldn't let us do that either. Also was unable to figure out how to get him in at the DH slot. It definitely doesn't work like they do in regular DD
