Interesting question about Captain boosts.

So if a Captain cards boosts another card, say an 90 to a 93; does that mean if you used the boosted card for an Event that only allows up to 90 Overall players, you can't use that card?

Yes. First Event is the WBC Event. Didn't see anything about restrictions.

But I could also ask if it has a Max Overall Requirement; do they take the original overall into the count or the boosted one?

My guess is that events arent even gonna work like that this year with the restrictions. With the focus on theme teams and captains, i feel like they're really gonna be pushing that.
