Claiming Twitch Drops
-
Guess Twitch Drops will be active for the previous stream replays.
Anyone know if you have to claim them by a certain time?
I have some stuff to do and was going to leave the streams playing on my laptop while I do other stuff around the house. But I don't want to have to stop every 20-30 mins to claim them.

I think you need to claim one for the timer on the next one to start.

To my knowledge, you have to claim 4 of the regular twitch packs to then be eligible for the special pack by watching 45 additional minutes. No idea what’s in the special pack

Twitch states you have until 3:54am UTC March 25th to claim the drops

Well, I watched 2.5 hours of the earlier stream and it only gave me 4 regular packs. Didn't get a Special one. I had the stream on my PS, my Phone, and my laptop. Had to put it on the laptop because my phone stopped telling me I had a pack to claim.

Ok. Maybe they aren't doing drops during the replays. Haven't received a notification in over an hour.

There is a chrome extension that auto claims twitch drops. I highly recommend it.

I got one for watching the main stream. But I watched on my TV where I did not have an option to claim and only did so after it ended.
I then pulled the stream up on my pc while I watched TV tonight and earned the rest of the packs during the replays. So I guess I will have 5 packs of commons and bronzes to open tonight.
I am not a fan of the process where you have to claim one drop before the timer for the next one starts. No Man's Sky for example just has drops for a certain amount of time watched and you can just wait and claim them all at once at the end. I prefer that.
