Could have been. I think he was in 17 as well. High diamond pitcher for San Diego. He was never a 99 though

Though Peavy threw his last major league pitch in 2016, he kept threatening comebacks before finally calling it quits officially in 2019. So in 18 and 17, he was still considered LS and appearing as Flashbacks.

This would be his first year as a Legend.
