I doubt they would add something to block women.

Pretty sure it will work with any human face. Now hair options to choose from might not have female options. But there should be some that are close.

All hairstyles can be viewed as unisex except whatever Anna Wintour does so unless that's a hot style right now (it isn't) we're more or less good to go. Body customization options in the player design stage might be a different story though. I suspect options in that area might be open to abuse by the arrested development set so I'm unsure they'll ever make it in the game.
