My buddy was saying that Madden has a Team Chemistry element to the game so this sounds like The Show is maybe exploring that concept.

Anyway we can customize our teams and make them more unique is good with me! I wonder if it’s like “coaches” in NBA 2K. They gave boosts to each player based on their comparability w their scheme.
For example Brad Stephen’s boosted defense and players who thrived in a defensive minded system got the biggest boosts.

Like if I drop Aaron Hicks from the Yankees the entire team should automatically get a boost because Aaron Hicks is no longer on the Yankees.
That's the kind of realism I would like to see with this feature.
