Lol, people like this give flippers like me a bad image. I could care less who undercuts me. If you put yours down 100 stubs, I'll keep mine 99 stubs more expensive and wait it out, patience is key.
There is more then one way to the market and not everyone's trying to wring out every last little stub. Stop worrying how other people sell their cards.
This
It's all about patience. Some people just want to try out different cards and then sell them back to the market it's something I've done before and if you don't want to wait forever why not overspend a little bit. There are always ways to make stubs back anyway. Let people do what they want with the market.

Lol this peasant wants to get into a bidding war with video game currency over peanuts. Gimme my stubs when i demand them. If i got the card, i got the power! I hope threads like this make more people undercut by even more because they now know it interrupts the "flippers" strategy.

Could be worse... Could be NBA 2k auction.. or NHL or madden...
-
Good luck selling a 12-0 BR rewards by undercutting the highest sell order buy 1 stubb.

I'll sell my card for whatever I price I want. Thanks for your concern
This mentality is what is ruining America. It’s not ALL about you and what you want.

Okay whoever thinks it is okay to go up in the market by 100 or 1000 stub intervals is completely stupid. The market works like an auction, the idea of an auction is to get your item for the cheapest possible!!! WHO WANTS TO SPEND 1000 MORE STUBS?!? Especially when those 1000 stubs can go to another player! Go up in 1-10 stub intervals!
Question: How does this sound??
At auction
"Artifact being sold, starting offer?"
"I'll start the bid at 5 dollars"
"5 dollars going once, twice.."
"10 dollars!"
"10 dollars going once, twice.."
"200 dollars!!!!!!"
"200 going once, twice.."
"1500!!!!!"This is literally the stupidest thing I have ever seen! AND it is happening on the community market as we speak. Please, that card you are selling is more valuable and you lose stubs or that card you're buying is not worth 100 or 1000 stubs more then what it is already at. Go up in 1 stub intervals, that is all I ask! PLEASE!
Your example is literally how an auction works. I'm confused. Besides the value of these cards are what anyone is willing to pay for them. If they aren't willing to pay the listed price, then that price will go down.

No..it’s not. Only on movies does someone go up by extreme amounts. Irl if you did that depending where the result may not be so good for you.

Sell 1 at the perfect price or sell 10 by undercutting and having them go quickly.
You choose
-
I don’t like to take down and repost cards. If you don’t want me to undercut by a great value then stop re-undercutting by one stub. Either wait your turn or get undercut.
-
If I see multiple 1 stub drops you know I'm putting a big drop in there lol.
-
I've notice that you can just put up the card for pretty much whatever amount you want, within reason, and just wait for a while. You will get that amount.

People like the OP have no patience. When I get somebody that keeps undercutting me by 1 ill drop the price a couple thousand, then when they undercut me by 1 ill leave it there so THEIR card sells super cheap, then relist mine at the normal price again. Lol. "#### the constant undercutters" should be my motto.

That only works on someone that doesn't know what they are doing. I already have my minimum acceptable profit range, so I'm willing to follow you down. You go below that, and I'll place my bid one above you. You adjust, and I'll adjust with you. The problem ( and it's not really a problem, as if I'm selling a dupe I too want as much as I can get. I'm still going to work the card, but no worries of having to hit a target) is people who aren't flipping, but just trying to get rid of their cards, and trying to get as much as they can. I don't have a problem with that, but if I'm working that card I will be doing everything I can to drive you down, and get your card off the market.

Sometimes it works, sometimes I doesn't. Name of the (market) game, I guess.

Why are you market guys so sour all the time? You play on veteran and make 2mil in stubs a week, sounds pretty fun to me

But why would you want to get less for your card or spend more on a card? It doesn't make any sense!! Especially if you are trying to flip cards and make stubs..
Because not all of us purchase cards for the purpose of flipping or making stubs.....duh.
There's been plenty of times where I wanted to buy a card and will wait to start my next game until I get that card for the purpose of immediately putting him in my lineup. I rather expedite the transaction process by putting a reasonable gap between myself and next 'sell for' price. I noticed a lot of times when I just put a 1 stub interval, I then get cut by 1 stub, and it keeps going back and forth (that to me, is stupid). So I'll usually list in intervals of 100-500 stubs, and the back and forth doesn't last long, if at all.
Anyhow, just like everybody else has been saying, who are you to make a plea to tell us how we should spend or collect our money? It's our money, we'll use it how we want to.
