The last inning last year had 1 big player and I believe it started in December? I'm thinking Mays could be that. We know Ohtani will most likely (if not 100%)be the Takashi Collection. I think you are right about Mantle being the final collection. Not sure who else it could be unless it's Mays but Mantle doesn't even have a 99. So it's him.

Big players left that I can think of:
    Bob Feller
    Mickey Mantle
    Shohei Ohtani
    John Smoltz
    Clayton Kershaw
    Rob Dibble
    Andrew Miller
    Christy Matthewson
    Ronald Acuna
    Rafael Devers
    Lee Smith
    Rollie Fingers
    Paul Molitor
Justin Verlander (thought he'd be Finest and I doubt he'll get a PS card since he has a 5+ ERA and hasn't been great.).

We know Bryce, Schwarber, Yordan, Realmuto, Framber, Pena, Hoskins, Javier etc will get PS cards.

That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

These classic Finest were huge. Great players from the past 5 years who maybe didn't have their best year this year-Tim Anderson, Salvy, Albies etc all have great cards now.

Side note, it's interesting to see how much the attributes have been inflated in the last few years. Some of these cards have rather low hitting attributes in comparison (like Albies with 88/69 against righties) and I doubt any Finest from the last two years goes anywhere near that low (See Brandon Nimmo last year).

Yes, but that Ozzie still raked/rakes..no need for these inflated attributes tbh.

Oh yeah, not saying those cards were bad. It's just crazy how much they've increased. Did Finest start in 2019?

Finest started in 2017 and there were only about 8 or 10 of them.2019 was the 1st year of 1 from every team.
Blackmon is the lone one so far from 17, we have every year except. "The one we dont mention".

Mantle will be the Final big collection next Friday. There are 4 Milestone cards next week so a no-hitter Kershaw could be one of them

For 11/11 it says the next big collection not the last or final big collection as they have said the prior years. Leads me to believe there could be another one after this.

I feel like the JD Martinez from 18 could be a possibility this year, I was a bit surprised he wasn't the Red Sox card for the henchmen

My Old Farts theme team still has a lot of holes — Feller, Lefty Grove, Mays, Mantle, and possibly another Gehrig. And I’m like 100th in line for Walter Johnson, but at least he’s already out. I usually lose interest in the game right around the first of the year, so I hope they put out some of these missing cards before I no longer care!

    EDIT: forgot about monte irvin
