At this time of year, stub sales really don't affect the market that much

I wouldnt think stub sales are going to impact the market much if at all. It is almost November who is still buying stubbs and why would you need to buy stubs? Most cards are selling for cheap unless you are trying to get RS rewards, which will stay high just based on lack of supply.
