My settings got reset somehow and I keep getting that black box and view change when I get two strikes against cpu. How do I get rid of this?

I think you need to adjust presentation mode.

If you're talking about when the game goes into a screen where it 'suggests' what pitch you should throw; that's under Presentation. Can't remember the exact tag but it gives you the option for hitting only, pitching only, and nothing.
