How Much Longer for Trout?

Another year, another playoffs without the best player in the game, languishing in baseball obscurity.
How long before Trout demands a trade to Philly?
It's where he wants to be, and it would be much better for the game.He's in his prime, and the Angels are going nowhere fast.
I wouldn't mind if he went to the Yankees if it meant being able to see him play.
90% of baseball fans are missing the career of one of the greatest players of all-time because he is playing in obscurity in Anaheim.

That ship sailed in 2019. with harper and trouts contracts they wouldnt be able to bring in much else and it would be the same situation as with the angels

Trout is a special player and a special human. LOL He needs to demand a trade. I applaud him for his loyalty but the Angels are going nowhere and arguably have the two best players in the game. (Judge you're up there too)

They should get rid of Ohtani and get some players that can help them win. He should be able to get some good players back. Trout won’t leave, he is a humble, dedicated and honest person. He is obviously a great, maybe the best (active), player. I have so much respect for the guy.
Edit: I do wish he didn’t play on a West Coast team. So he could be watched by more people. Even when he plays on television in the East, If it is a home game, it starts too late.

Ohtani should get traded. Idk where but in my opinion trout won’t get traded.

I know sarcasm, but I don’t understand why a fan of a NL team would have anything against an AL team. I am happy the Mets finally have an owner that is willing to spend some money and put a competitive team out there. As for Trout, I am pretty sure he will be an Angel for his whole career. Or at least most of it.
I hope the Mets get further next year. I don’t know what happened to Scherzer, but I don’t think it would happen again.

Yes, Mets fans mess with me about it; but that’s friends and family. I watched the 2000 WS with my recently deceased cousin, a Yankees fan, and we went to his friends house who is a big Mets fan. We all watched every game of that series together. There were more Mets fans there, but everyone was civil and friendly. I’m sorry we do have fans that are immature and say stuff like you mentioned here in NY. But, here is a Yankees fan wishing your team a great next season. I go to their games too.

You sound like a reasonable Yankees fan(being unreasonable is not exclusive to Yankees fans) but I feel like reasonable fans are in the minority of every fan base. I’m all for friendly rivalry and banter but too many fans of teams just become rabid dbags regardless of whether their team is even good.

Thanks, and you make a very good point about unreasonable fans. I guess sports can bring out the worst in some people. I am a fan of the game. I am glad that with you, there is another reasonable fan on here. I have met a couple on here, however I have seen some bad ones too.
