Anyone selling them off even if you need them?

I assuming they'll eventually drop to QS value and not having any interest in the mega collection reward(s); selling them is the way to proceed?

They'll be highly valuable for awhile. In this BR program I sold all 4 of my new golds as they were all maxed at 25k. Kept the silvers and bronze as the 5k and 2.5K weren't worth selling for me. They'll still be worth a lot in the next BR program as long as you dont sell them in the first week. Had almost all the previous cards other than a few so I sold all the duplicates. I mean if you want to buy other cards instead have collections then go ahead. The BR program is the best program to rack up a ton of stubs right now. I preferred to finish the collections as they are all some of the best cards in the game.

Yeah. I sold off the new Golds and also the Silvers and Bronzes. I'll get them later.

I even sold off the older ones.

Trying something. It may blow up in my face; but who cares.

I did the Rollins collection, still need ASG and refuse to spend up when I know they will come down big real soon, but didn’t have to collect any of the new golds….seeing as how they are maxed at 25k, thinking I’ll sell them for max profit and then just grab them in the next pack for free in a couple weeks during new BR program. That’s my thinking anyway.

I would say if you grind BR regularly then go ahead and sell and pick up later. Especially if you need the coins. However, unless they release those cards in a mini season or program rewards, they should stay high for a while. I hate BR and RS so Im going to hang on to those cards for the last big collection. If you needs coins there are a ton of cards right now that can be flipped for a nice profit.

If they stick with the current set up those cards won't drop much at all. You need pretty much every BR bronze/silver/gold for the breakout and rookie collections for Rollins. They will only drop if A. They put these packs in mini seasons again or B. Increase the number of picks in the second round of the pack

I sold all my duplicates a few days ago for a ton of stubs.

I feel like you always ask these weird market/strategy questions while also making it seem like you have a large stub balance. Bottom line is at this point in the game cycle the market is flooded with stubs. If you grind this game and make a few market moves here or there you should have any cards you want.

I know you say you don’t want to do the big collections(even though I think that’s crazy), so what do you need stubs for?

It's not that I don't want to do the big collections. I just don't need to do them NOW.

I don't feel like locking all those cards (the BR ones) right now when I need multiple hig diamonds still.

I'm in no hurry for Brett as I have MA Devers and now Awards Chipper. Once I P5 one, or both, then I'll worry about Brett. Same thing with Cutch (RF Clemente, 2nd Half Griffey, just to name two) and Rollins (Awards Bogaerts and FS O'Neil).

Chances are Brett, Cutch, and Rollins will be better than who I listed; but I just can't seem to replace someone, without using that someone for awhile, with a shiny new card.

As for why I'm hoarding stubs: I'm going to eventually buy back all the LOTF I'm selling, along with others, and chances are there will be one more mega collection that I may actually need. Yes, I'll still need to get Brett, Cutch, and Rollins; but I'm in no hurry.
