I did extremely well with Vierling. Saw that his contact was better than his power, so I used regular swing and got three doubles on my second try. Curious how many of you used power swing here.
The worst moment I’ve ever seen was that daily Roberto Clemente HR mission with his sup par 88 card vs a pitcher who pitches from his bad side of power in a deep ball park. 95 tries. Nothing was worse than that for me. This was last year
And no, I skipped the Daniel Nava moments when they first introduced moments. I was not doing that garbage

I did this one with no issue, but getting a homer with Vinny Castilla? I think I have a better shot of getting Daisy Ridley than with getting anything but a single with this cat.

The Moment (or any VS CPU mode) I want to complain about is when you have to get (H/XBH/HR) in one plate appearance. They have a runner on 1B and it starts out Pick-off Attempt 1-> Pick-off Attempt 2 -> Pitch Out -> Pick-off Attempt 3 and then 1st pitch of the at bat.
Really? Those are the ones that are the easiest for me to focus on since it's only one plate appearance so you KNOW there will be a pitch to get it done. Keep that in mind next time. Hope that helps.

All the Extreme moments are nasty, but especially the one with the 10 total bases. I've come close a couple of times but haven't done it yet. Once, I thought I had the final HR and it ended up being a flyout to the warning track. Ugh.

Yeah, I’m bumping this!!
Headliner moments. Beat the 2021 champs on rookie. Should be two swings and then strike out 6 guys. Again, on rookie!!!
These headliners hit nothing but weak fly balls to center field. Ugh.
The “get 10 total bases” one on ROOKIE should be three swings! Took me to the top of the 8th to get it. Ugh.

Gotta love getting Perfect Flyballs that end up as automatic doubles when the Moment calls for hitting a HR! (MVP Morneau!) Twice in the same Moment game!

I'm not even worrying about the moments, 67 points and havn't touched them. Very easy to get 500XP and 5 points for both pitchers and hitters.

How many have put the last Moment in the postseason program here (Musgrove, 7 IP, <2 H)? I’m so tired of getting to the 5th or 6th and then giving up the hits.
How is pitching 7 innings even a freaking moment anyway? It’s more than 2/3 of a game!

I haven't and will not be touching that one. Even if I got it the first time it still isn't worth whatever banner or logo that is the end reward on that path. Got Teoscar and that's all I care about.

Not a moment, well technically anyway….
Thought I’d give the headliners showdown a go. Fastest waste of 500 stubs I could do.
Couldn’t get past smoltz. Not with the 6 (not even) noodle bats to go with the three headliners I got to pick.
Yup, everyone says to skip Showdowns. Now, I see why.

Ah, moments. When the cpu rookie pitchers decide to throw balls 90% of the time and then dot a strike on the black. So much fun.

The absolute worst so far for me is the Ty France 2 hits/1 XBH from April.
First, you have to use LS Ty, which makes zero sense because you’re trying to unlock potm Ty. LS card has 67/44 power.
Somehow, even when I perfect swing, it is right at a fielder. Most of the time, Ty can not hit it hard enough to get it over the shortstop’s head.
France had 20 home runs this year. Sigh.

I'm usually good with pitching Moments, but I failed the 7 Inning one in the second inning, and haven't tried again unless I need the points.

Just wondering if anyone else thinks pitch 6 or 7 innings is a moment. I need to check the definition for a moment.
