Noticed something about packs

I've noticed that when the pack rip animation slows down I am about to get a diamond. I just got some free pack bundles and opened about 20 packs and pulled two diamonds. The first couple packs opened fast. then it slowed down and two packs later I pulled a diamond. Then next two packs after that were fast and then slowed down again. Couple packs later another diamond.
Could this be coincidence ? maybe? But I've noticed it more than a couple times.
