PXP earned in a Vs CPU 9-inning game that ended with a score of 47-0 with 53 hits to include 16 dongs and a total of 36 XBHs while the pitcher (Kerry Wood, of course) would have set a MLB record with 22 Ks in his CGSO.

This 25K PXP mission is going to be a grind! I'm going to need 10 of these games to get 25K PXP!

But I did get 22K in gameplay XP for the primary program.

If all you care about is getting the PXP and don't care about winning then just play vs CPU on legend and pitch a complete game with your starter. If you get a shut-out even better. Pitchers rack up PXP

Wow, the CPU really knocked you around. We've all been there. Take the L, dust yourself off, and get back to the grind.

This one is going to be really hard to brush off. My confidence is totally shot now playing against the CPU, but luckily this game rewards the worst players online so I can go undefeated there all year long! 🙂

I could careless about wins (especially against CPU), but do you think I would actually get more PXP in a legend game where I wouldn't come close to the same offensive stats? I know the pitching side I would get more (which would get Wood P5 quicker) but I would think I would lose out significantly on the offensive side. I don't think I played a CPU legend game since 2020's extreme conquest. Of course, it won't hurt for me to try it out and see! Thanks for the idea!

Not sure exactly how much you usually get but if you go to the parallel tab on a card it will tell you how much everything is worth and what the multiplier is for each difficulty.

I have been thinking about this pxp thing and I am just going to take it naturally with the only thing I do different being pitchers that I rotate taking to P5. First is Wood, then Pedro, etc.

I believe legend is 1.5 multiplier, so the same as playing online, just without the frustration.

If parallel 5 wood and do all the missions, you just need 5 of the xp grinds.

    XP is a different story.

Edit: I was wrong. I played an HOF CPU game and received 1414 XP instead of 1050 which I should have gotten.

An average 9 inning CPU game in the 10 run ballpark is between 1000 and 1300 PXP.

For PXP there aren't multipliers for difficulty, only the type of game played.

So the 11 points per AB i was getting playing on vet instead of the 10 i was getting playing on rookie isn’t because theres a multiplier?

If you want to maximize your PXP in a game, focus on the pitcher. They will get 70 points per inning for striking out the side. They get another 15 for hitting a single. If you are throwing a shut out, it is important for them to pitch a CG or they will lose the shut out. If a pitcher can give up less than 4 runs in 6 innings, they will get a quality start too. Pitchers are the key to getting more PXP. Your hitters are important too, but your pitchers will earn more than a fielder.

In a CPU game? I'm just going off what the box says and what I've done in the past.

I'll use my spreadsheet the next time I play a CPU game. I'll play on HOF and see if the points are the same as on Rookie (My spreadsheet is written for 1.0x points).

Incorrect sir. There is a difficulty multiplier.
