Will there be a 3rd reward? I think that’s what we had last time: Yelich, FS Pearson, and Lou Gehrig. Unless I am missing someone.

I have a feeling the only card I'll get is if they have one for grinding to P5. I can hardly beat regular showdowns now. Definitely won't win a game on Legend or HOF and the moments.....hahahahahaha.
In other words, I don't think this program is intended for my skill level. But I'll give it a try. Might cause some binge drinking.

I'm thinking that the P5 mission will be that you have to P5 a card that you get from winning one of the sections of the program.
So P5ing either Wood, Cano, or the third card. Unless they throw in a fourth card that easy to get.

Yeah I was afraid of that. Any tips on how to train for this other than Get Good?

I imagine there will be a 3rd. Some say maybe a 4th. On the schedule it has 3 sections listed as conquest, ? And ? And then they mention a 4th section for having to P5 someone so that'll probably have a reward. I would be content if I can Finish 1 section and P5 that reward though it'll take the rest of the year.

I only got the Yelich last time. The moments are insane, I don’t have the patience for some of the harder ones now. I do go back and get them done, but they are also on AS or lower. Showdown is another part of the game I still only play if I need to.
I will absolutely try the Extreme program, to the best of my ability! -

That would be the ultimate P5 1/1 to get. Knowing everyone else is trying to do it to.

I am primarily an offline player myself that grinds on Rookie/Veteran/All-Star for most of the content available. Although it was pretty tough and took some time, I was able to complete the Extreme program back in 20 to unlock Gehrig so there is hope for everybody.
Players who routinely play on the highest difficulties will have an edge for sure, but even for less skilled gamers it really comes down to repetition. You see the same pitcher over and over or just get really used to a certain player's swing speed or pitch break.
Keep in mind, I wasn't playing before then and hear that the Extreme program in 2019 was even tougher so who knows. All I can can say is that if you log in enough attempts, eventually you will put it all together. The challenge is definitely on another level, but it is very rewarding and satisfying when you make progress.

For the next week or so, play v cpu on HOF or Legend. Once you get the hang of the smaller PCI and the timing its not too bad, I am also assuming the extreme program doesn’t have a time limit so you can do it at your own pace.

So how eXtreme do all think this program will be? I need that card. The good news is, it's easy enough to finish all the other content so there's time for this....the bad news is, I am not ready and not sure I will ever be ready hahaha.
If I remember correctly a couple moments from 20 we're:
Hit 3 home runs in 1 game player locked with Yellich on HOF
Pitch 8 innings without giving up a run against a lineup of HRD cards on HOF.
Can't remember the others.
Showdown was I think 4 elimination showdowns then the final boss but they gave you 20 or 30 outs I think.Conquest was a time consumer. Everything was turn based as far as capturing strongholds.
I think there was one with lou gehrig if i recall, like 3 or 4 xbh in 1 game
Yeah all of that was correct. In fact it was only moments that I failed to do. Just way too boring spending hours with the same player trying to do the same thing over and over.
-
Most, if not all of this will be "offline" meaning playing against the CPU and moments.
There will be a conquest, moments, and missions like "beat the Mariners on HOF/Legend"..
Probably one boss for each segment and an end game reward/collection.
As others have suggested, get some practice in now and don't let yourself get too frustrated. It's meant to be hard and it's guaranteed that you will fail during the process. Treat it as a game and not a job though. You'll be fine.
Without failure, you can't understand success.

New reward looks like Aroldis.
-
-
Looks like 99 Chapman inc
-
Most likely Chapman but I'm just throwing it out there. The highest Roy Halladay we have so far is a 95.

I think with Doc being a new add they may not lock him behind extreme, at least I would hope not.

Do you need to complete everything or can you skip 1-2 things?
For me, I could see completing these:
- Conquest - definitely
- Showdown - probably
- Pitch 8 inn 0 runs on HOF moment - maybe
- Hit 3 hr on HOF moment - no chance
That moment against the HRD cards was at Shippett, when Shippett was at 3000 ft elevation. So painful haha

Some guesses on a possible 4th reward.
Honus, Jimmie, Sheffield, Rickey, Piazza.

I thought Hank too, but he just seems like too big of a name after seeing the others.

Whoever the rewards end up being I'm doing to program. A few free 99's from a program is worth it. No matter how many controllers I break in the process lol.
