Yeah. I go on 5,6,7 win runs, try to hit the marks for gold, silvers bronze players and keeping building that xp. All about getting through that program, knowing I have no shot at 12-0.

I strictly play against CPU, I’ve only played a few ranked season games this year because I focused on conquest to get new cards. However I tried battle royale for the first time in a while and I noticed that I’m getting matched up with insane people. Like people that don touch grass. They have teams that are parallel 3 and 4 on their battle royale team. I go and check their profiles after the game and it’s quite ridiculous what kind of people I go against for my first battle royale game. I just don’t really understand the matchmaking in battle royale. I see that the scrolling bar moves automatically when you find a match, which means it finds a game that’s quick expense of match quality. Ironic. I think I might stick to ranked seasons where the game doesn’t feel like it’s rigged with luck and [censored] matchmaking.

Unfortunately that's it. You will get matched up against significantly superior opponents in all online modes. I don't play a lot of online, so I am only at about 40 games total, but a week or two ago I was matched against a guy who was 500-100 or something like that. He hit more home runs than I could count, and I was down by an insane amount after 3 innings.

I don't normally quit, but this was one of those matchups that completely demoralizes you. There was nothing to learn from this experience, and I did quit.

Combine that with what seems like the AI predetermining who wins before the game starts and even when I play someone who is as weak as I am I have moments where I have perfect release point on the pitch it goes miles from where I aimed the ball, or my diamond defender lets the ball pass through them for no apparent reason.

I can only think of one time where I benefitted from this kind of "gifting the win". I would like to play online more, but it feels like I have almost no input on how my team plays, so I do what I can to try and complete programs until I no longer have to play online. All I can recommend is do what you can and accept that it won't get fixed or better over time.

This is exactly what I’m feeling and experiencing right now. In all of my battle royale games I have been matched up against World Series and GOAT banner players. It’s ridiculous. CPU games are rigged from he start but the connection is always stable. Online games are pre determined through probability and team dimensions. It’s all probability, that probability bar at the bottom right hand corner of the scorecard isn’t just there for show.

Anyone know when they had the free BR program last year? That’s when you actually get matched to like skilled players.

I don’t remember exactly when it was, but I feel like it was close to this time of year. However I don’t understand how free BR causes you to get matched up with like skilled players. Can you explain?

It goes by current run and doesnt take player history into account. so they must be at the beginning of their runs too.

I don't play BR primarily because it costs 1500 stubs to play. I need my stubs... Same with some events.

Sorry, but I am playing the show 20 and 21 since I still have a fair amount of stuff to complete, and I STILL get matched up with players way better than I am, and still have the game "gifting the win" to others.

It's programmed into the game, and unless it is a glitch that causes people to stop purchasing packs/cards, etc. it will never be fixed. SDS = EA part 2.
