Why is my game suddenly lagging to the point of stuttering movement from the PCI and audio going in and out? It makes playing online very difficult as PCI and swings don’t register correctly when this is happening. Anyone else having this issue? It is not my system or my connection.

I noticed stuttering around noon ET today.
I thought it was time to buy a new monitor

Lol, oops, wrong hardware. Monitors only display what the machine is processing. A new one wouldnt help with that.
