I went 3 months and 1389 packs without pulling Oracle Park.
Then I pulled it twice today in 14 packs.
Packs make literally no sense.

The fact you track your pulls for a stadiums is kind of scary.

I would guess he's just tracking the packs and then he either has it in his binder or not. Pretty easy to track if you never buy a stadium from the market.

How long in advance? want to try it with the 1st BOOC but i have NE3 to get before that.
