I hope the All-Star cards aren’t 99s.

I hope they don’t go too crazy with the All-Star program. Maybe 1 collection 99, but the rest should be 96-97s. It would basically erase the nice card progression/lineup diversity this year if there’s 30+ 99s.

And once the 99’s come out anything after would be deemed inferior, whether they actually are or not

Probably all 97s. With the current bosses being 96s it would make the most sense

They'll have a HR Derby collection which will be mostly 125's in power, but low contact. It will play well at Allstar, but won't be part of the meta because of low contact.

96s are fine with me. That boosts them nicely to 99s. Of course overall means nothing if their attributes are all junk.
