Where are people coming out with some of these crazy logos and uniforms from?

Like, I know some people can make them on the designer we have laid out but some of these I see people with, look like they were made on a computer.

Did I miss something where you can design them online and load them in? This would save me so much time each year lol.

I wish we could, but no. We're still stuck having to spend hours making non complex logos in the janky in game editor
