Try as I might

Cannot find one thing to say about 22 that is an improvement. Big fan of the game. Hope some heads roll and next year is different.Quit fixing what aint broke or move over EA Sports. If its in the game , we forgot it.

Honestly I like the game. I really only play franchise and it works for me. It looks good, it plays good and I'm not trying to make this [censored] my life you know. It's just a game.
I really feel sorry for all these people who come unglued over every little thing, all day, everyday. There are a lot of folks around here who need to seriously consider investing in a real life. Do something real with your time and energy. Go learn to play a musical instrument or something.
I will admit that while it is kind of pathetic, it's also pretty humorous to me to watch people go into an apoplectic rage over a diamond baseball card.
This thing is not real. It's a video game. What exactly are people expecting to get for 60 bucks?

True what you say , but im kinda old fashioned.Like to get what I pay for . And on a further note I too am an avid fan of The Show and agree there are thousands of ways to enjoy it. I just wannabe a Youtube hero too . WAAHhhhhh!

Sure I get it. But let's be real here. SDS has made this super complicated game that has all these internal interactions. Then they have to model every aspect of baseball and then make all that [censored] work together. I would absolutely expect some glitches, for the simple fact that they're constantly changing player values and ratings and all that stuff. They're just going to get some stuff wrong. They're going to make some kind of change that some people hate and some people love. Even for me, I think they've made some questionable design decisions.
At the end of the day, I just appreciate it for what it is. Cheap entertainment

I would say from some experience even coming close to simulating the physics of a baseball and doing it in the various stadiums is a feat worthy of amazement in itself. My complaints about the game is the mishandling of the peice of art is definitely is,and the potential it could be.They take away good solid features of the game and ignore the avenues that could make the game much better. The quest for the cursed gold Im afraid will be its eventual downfall. Much like Madden. A pattern already has begun to rear its ugly head.Ive been around the gaming commmunity since 91 PC and console .Seen a lot.

Well in RTTS I just got into a "boss" battle vs Brandon Belt. That was fricking awesome. Never saw that in 21. Maybe I missed the opportunity before because I never played the CAP in RTTS past his first full season.
I like the mini seasons.
Also I think they improved the moments. Alot less annoying multi game moments. Seems they lowered the difficulty. Last year (21) was so annoying that I skipped most of then. Even the other programs.
I also like the change to Ranked Seasons from wins to innings. In 21, I gave up on even trying since I had alot of trouble winning. At least now I am motivated. I'm even winning gamesSDS has the data on what type of content is popular and unpopular. They made adjustments to get more engagement. I'm sure in 23 they will do the same.
Overall 22 has been alot more fun for me then 21.
