POTM Altuve vs POTM Alonso

POTM Daulton Varsho is a monster, that's all I know right now. A catcher with a decent arm (79/85 base) with 79 speed, 54 stealing, and has a swing as smooth as butter? And he's a lefty with outfield secondary position eligibility.
I was doing well with the Prospect Adley Rutschman card but this Varsho card just blows that Adley out of the water. .

Hahaha it wasn't a dig towards Altuve, I really like his game. But man when I look at these two cards and see that particular attribute, I just can't help but raise an eyebrow.
Nah, I know. It definitely was just taking the Month into consideration. Because their LS cards arent close power wise. But the older Altuve gets the lower his contact and speed goes and the higher his power goes. Old man strength is real. Alonzo is just raw power.

Since Altuve started pro ball back in 2013, he's been an aggressive swinger. 2-1 is a hitter count. Y'all can keep using the buzzer excuse if it makes you feel better.
Too bad Lance McCullers was dropping curves and no buzzer, trash can etc would have helped those feeble swings.

What’s wrong with the rep in Houston? Just because a bunch of allstars left and the best they’ve brought in since a WS ring is Ryne Stanek doesn’t mean the entire league is laughing at them and choosing to play literally anywhere else besides Houston. Aledmys Diaz for example, HUGE resigning. Everybody was after the 3 million dollar man.

Plus to add to the guy above. Pressly has been brought in. Brantley came in after and keeps resigning. Verlander resigned. Young players signing for less when they could have waited out there rookie contracts at hit big with another team like Bregman and just now Alvarez. That whole sign stealing thing wasn't an Astro thing. It was a player thing. Beltran and Cora manipulating young players to follow their lead. Now they are gone. And the guys that left, Marisnik, Marwin Gonzalez, Springer and Correa, were all linked to the cheating scandal and wanted a change of scenery hoping people would forget I am sure.

They also have to keep the OVRs consistent. They're trying to have accurate representations of output in May, while also having the rating be exactly 93 or 94 or whatever they all are.
