I thought they fixed this for 3 inn games?

I just played my first Mini Seasons game and my starting pitcher was in the yellow after 9 pitches.

Are you sure they were fully rested?

Yes. Unless it counts the Conquest game I used them in yesterday. But I would think that wouldn't matter.
