Outfield Speed Rating

How do we feel about outfielder speed this year? Have you guys had issues using slower guys in the outfield?

It seems like the ball hangs up a lot more so speed isn’t as necessary. Especially when guys like Nelson Cruz are making gold glove plays. What do you guys think?

Depends on what stadiums you play in. I normally play in Laughing Mountain or Coors so speed and reaction are very important. I like to have a couple outfielders that can compensate a really poor right or left fielder.

Centre field I have Pierre. He is rapid. And I’m not a bunt cheeser. I had Marte there for a while but you can tell the difference.

Try setting outfield to deep if using slower fielders.
