Why does sds not address co-op match making it’s getting pretty frustrating that I spend money on a game to play with my friend and we spend more time looking for one game than actually playing

Why does sds not address co-op match making it has almost become in playable some days it will work but after spending a lot on stubs to have a team to play with my friends I can even play with my friends then to see them not even addressing the community about it
