Anyone else have a SWOHLEI CAP player go from 2 way to only pitcher?

Anyone else have a SWOHLEI CAP player go from 2 way to only pitcher when they look under the change ballplayer list?
I submitted a ticket.
I only show as SP instead of SP/C on my list, but when I go in I still have in my load out SWOHLEI or whatever its called.
AT launch I had a CAP SWOHLEI just straight up disappear after a week of playing. All my other types have had no issues. UGH... If anyone has dealt with this, and know why I would like to know please, and thank you.

Also like to add it is only letting me Pitch in RTTS or DD. I can not get my C position. Even if I switch to a C Archetype. When I look under load out, I can choose any 1 way Archetype, but can not select any 2 way types. I originally had 2 Loadouts with gear for a SP first, and C second.

This was stated by SDS that you would not be able to use 2 way players as 2 way players in DD. You have to have two different cards for 2 ways: one for hitting and one for pitching and you can't use them at the same time. Your 2 way would just be a pitcher that's good a hitting.
It would be better to start a new Catcher anyways. Much better Fielding and hitting stats.

Did you happen to tell them you wanted to be a pitcher only? I haven't done that yet, but I've been wondering what it would do.
When I have pitching as primary it says "SP/1B," or something like that, and when I have a primary position player it switches to "1B/SP."

No change to play one way ever selected, and I have seen it switch SP/C to C/SP while playing RTTS, but its still showing (RTTS and DD) SP only as of this afternoon. Waiting on my ticket. The last few MLBs feel more and more feel unfinished, buggy, and I keep having reminders of EA Madden when I signed up for that lawsuit. I don't want to start a SWOHLEI again. The program is done, and this MLB game has sealed my decision I won't buy the game next year at release. They clearly don't care about fixing issues that are still in the game from the past 2 years. If they can't at least fix just the past 2 years issues then it's a no go to buy at all next year.

That was a long time ago Broken. lol I did get a reply today, but they did not address this issue. Only the other issues listed. I replied to point this out. Hoping they get it fixed soon. It's so bad I pre-ordered F1 2022 because I am not starting over a second time to do the SWHOLEI a 3 times. SMH lol
