Franchise won't sim

I'm in the 2031 season and the game will not get past July 30. It is my AA team that won't allow the day to progress. I have played the MLB game and simmed the AAA game, but none of my options work to advance the AA game. I cant play it, I can't sim it, I cand sim ahead days on the calendar. I am stuck on July 30, 2031. Hate to see 10 seasons have to be deleted.

Make sure you still have 25 players on the AA roster & the line up & rotation is set. A player could have been traded, released or is on waivers or the DL. So you may need to adjust it. You might just be out of a position player & none of the others plays that position as a secondary. you may need to bring someone up from A or send down someone from AAA

I checked roster, lineup, and pitching rotation. 26 players on the roster, all 4 lineups have no gaps and I have 5 pitchers in the rotation. There are no prompts about short rosters or anything. I select the "Sim Game" option amd nothing happens. I select the "Play Game" option and nothing happens. I have tried skipping the day and nothing happens. It literally does nothing. I can access all the other screens, make trades and all that. But as far as advancing that game it does NOTHING.

Check when was the last time you saved your franchise and maybe just exit out and restart the game

I know it's well past when you posted haha, but you're the only other person I've seen with the exact same issue (mine's been stuck for over two months now) -- have tried several workarounds to no avail.
I've reached out to support multiple times and they never reply.
Chiming in here with the hopes that someone notices! -
I had this problem and fixed it by looking at the depth chart and filling any positions that were highlighted in red (meaning too few players at that position)
