Not saying it's fun or easy or makes any sense, but there's a lot of confusion on how to finish POTM so here you go:

    Stage 1

This is easy, although shockingly excess program points do not carryover. No matter what you do, you're starting stage 2 with 65 points. Do the moments, do the collection, and you're done. A lot of people think they are missing out on the Topps Now mission because it stops counting when the stage is over but you aren't, you just can't go past 65 stage points. There's 52 points in the missions and 40 for the collections. That's 92 and you still only progress with 65. Great game design here...

    Stage 2

Now it gets grindy. Do all the moments and this will get you to 98 points and unlock all three 88 OVR packs. I suggest taking all 3 hitters here but you can take 2 batters and 1 pitcher. Just keep in mind that you're going to have to use JUST these 3 players plus 1 player from the 90 OVR pack to get either 2500 hitter pxp or 3000 pitcher pxp. Put these 3 players in a lineup where everyone else is a Topps Now (POTM players at the top of the order) and work on their player pxp missions at the same time as the Topps Now pxp mission. Once you finish the Topps Now you'll be at 108 points and once you finish one of the 88 player pxp missions you'll get to 111, unlocking the first 90 OVR pack. Finishing the other two 88 player missions and the 90 player mission will get you to 121. You'll be stuck here for a while. Using the 4 potm players you've gotten you need to grind out 3000 pitcher pxp and 2500 hitter pxp. You need to to both eventually, but after finishing one of them you'll get to 136 which unlocks the second 90 OVR pack. Now you can do that player's individual pxp mission and use him to help with the hitter/pitcher pxp that you didn't finish yet. After doing all 5 player's individual pxp missions as well as both the hitter and pitcher pxp missions you'll be at 155. Now do the required collection to get to 170, this unlocks Dawson. Do Dawson's pxp mission to reach 175 and unlock Rizzo.

    Stage 3

Pretty self explanatory from here. The missions are repeatable, just grind out pxp with Rizzo and all POTM guys until you unlock the last 4 packs. They're no sell but it's probably a good idea to finish the program and get all POTM players for future collections. Also, once you finish the program you may be able to complete the Stage 2 optional collection. You won't need the points as you'll be done the whole program but you'd still get 1500 stubs and a pack. I haven't finished yet so I'm not sure it lets you, but I assume you can.

Thanks, I edited it...I was thinking ahead to the 90 pack where at this point you'll have 4 players and I'm grinding with three 88 hitters and the one 90 starter. But yes at this point that you reference it would be 3 hitters or 2 hitters and ONE pitcher.

    Nice post.

I'll add another option. Lease everyone you can. Don't lock in anything. Smash your head into a wall about 5 times trying to hit the ball out of the infield after this last "update". About a week later, you'll have stuff done.
