Does SDS just scam their loyal fanbase?

You support a game for over a decade, you buy the game on multiple consoles and they cant even get your content to load correctly? I have the game on xbox, switch and just got mvp on ps5. None of my extra content loaded onto my account. And what does support say? Something completely out of left field like “we cant transfer pre order rewards to your switch”. No one has ever asked for that, i just want the content i paid $100 for. You cant even get a refund for this stuff at a store, if you open a disc they dont take it back. The system is broke and the company takes advantage of you. They already have your money, why would support care if you get your content.
For all the stuff ive had to go through just to get the content i paid for it makes me sick to my stomach to even think about the game, let alone pick up a controller. -
