I used to replay my opponents diving catches as a tip of the hat for making a difficult defensive play. Now you see 3-4 per game, so its not quite as impressive.

I hate the penguin slide...where the AI takes a single step, dives thirty feet into the hole, gets up and throws across the diamond to take away what by all means should have been a base hit...from someone with 75+ speed.

I've played on Switch, the Series S, and Series X so far this year. I played on PS5, PS4, and Series S last year.
Most of my Switch game play was during early access before the Game Pass version dropped. The most positive thing I can say is that it works, although conquest was broken at launch which was annoying. It's definitely harder to see and track the ball when hitting. I've used it for moments and conquest, and a few event games, but it is without a doubt the worst way to experience the game. I mainly got it since I knew I wouldn't have to pay for a next gen version with Game Pass, and it would be convenient for when I travel. For me personally, I care about the game too much for it to be my main platform. It is okay for playing once in a while.

Pretty soon our players will be hopping around like Fortnite and COD. I see it coming along with bats that are on fire.
