Didn't SDS explicitly mention that outfielders were going to play more to their actual abilities?

I'm seeing lead legs Ralph Kiner and players like Schwarber and Castellanos running aroung like Ichiro, Vlad Sr., and Gary Maddox.

It's crazy enough watching middle infielders track pop ups into the parking lot.
