can't hit

Seems harder than ever to hit the ball after this last update. I'm late on everything. I have been playing events all day I'm 14-10, I never play this bad. Most of the games are being won or lost by your standard below the zone junk being crushed, or high velo in on the hands being blooped for base hits on very late swings. I've gotten a few of those to go my way as well. My opponents seem to be struggling too.
Let me know what yall think when yall get a chance to play. I'm on ps5 with 120hz on and a capable monitor. Just seems worse. Gerrit Cole is throwing TS21 degrom fastballs up there.

Yesterday I played on 120hz online a ton. Although it looked smooth, I didn’t feel that it was advantageous at all. However, offline is a different story.
Yes, pitch speeds seem a bit faster, but I’m trying to figure out if it’s in my head or not.

I've been doing the same: trying to convince myself that I'm in a Mega slump. But man I don't know, even offline feels worse than it was when they first introduced 120hz, but before the update.
I really feel like if they did allow 120hz online, than they messed with pitch speeds to compensate. I really hope I'm wrong, that would be deflating

Could be worse, playing Br and literally every good/good is an out yet my pci isn’t on the ball and it went out lol. Game is just awful rn.

It will never be a smooth online as it is offline but I think most of this is mental in your head. Just forget about the stupid numbers and play the game. I feel the game is smoother and you can play in more stadiums with no lag except for field of dreams. Besides that this isn't going to make you better at the game it's just going to look smoother and nicer

I'm on a PS4 and everything squared up is good/good and a pop out, or just/very early. Got shut out by the friggin Whales on Rookie! I guess I suck and don't know how to play the game all of a sudden
