Xbox disconnect issues?

Ever since the last update Xbox matchmaking has a bunch of "challenge failed" or "game server closed your session". Also, in BR there is a bunch of lineup/loading screen dashboarding. What is going on with the game? I know on PS its an issue with the refresh rate, but what is the issue for Xbox?

Ps refresh rate no longer an issue fixed via patch Saturday morning

The challenge failed and game server closed messages are nothing new, at least for me. I've had that on the Series X for weeks. It may happen once or twice, but then I can get into a game. As long as it isn't crashing on the loading screen and giving me a loss, then I'm fine with it. There are so many issues this year that you have to pick and choose your battles.
