This is the first year I will be grinding to try and complete the feature programs. My question is, does XP carry over from program to program? I finished the FOF program pretty quickly and had a lot of gameplay that I earned XP for after. Does that XP roll over or do I start from 0 on the new program?

You will start from 0.
