Gold Glove Ranking Criteria??

As a long-time franchise user, I have long had doubts about the criteria for calculating the Gold Glove ranking.
Among the season stats recorded during franchise mode in The Show, the fielding stats that seem to be related to the Gold Glove are Assists (A), Putouts (PO), Errors (E), Fielding Percentage (FLD%), and Innings Played (INN).
It is not understandable that my team player's fielding stats are better in every way if I compare the above stats of the top 3 players in the Gold Glove rank.
But he is not ranked.
Are there any hidden stats that are not exposed to users in The Show besides those fielding stats?
If not, is it just a very crude logic to randomly rank among the top few players in the fielding percentage?
I hope it's not the latter. -
I don't know but in real life votes are done by coaches and managers but they can't vote for players on their own team. Sabermetrics (stats) also make up about 25% of the vote. So it kinda seems like favoritism plays a much larger role in the award than the actual performance of the player.
