Framerate drops in rain?

Anyone experience this? Was playing franchise and it was a rain game and then fps took a bad hit.

Don't run your game at a higher resolution than your TV / monitor can really support. Just set it to balanced. Fog and rain are the things that can tank your FPS and I've never had a problem with that
