Some cards are better and actually used in lineups. Others are just sold

The West teams players are at the back end of the path so the will stay higher as less people have reached those choice packs compared to the central teams which were the first choice packs

Some cards are better and actually used in lineups. Others are just sold
That would be my rationale, but it’s some of the lesser desired cards.
