My Xbox Series X just dashboarded itself

Has anyone else had this issue? I'm not sure if it's a console issue or the game since there are so many other bugs this year. It happened to me earlier today in an event game, and again just now when I tried to play ranked. The game gets to the screen that shows the lineups for both team, and then quits out to the dashboard on its own. It didn't bother me so much in the event game since losses mean nothing, but ranked on the other hand... I can't have that happening randomly.

Happened to me a couple times while loading into BR games. I actually had the opportunity to buy a new Series X at Target. I flipped my old one for 500 since it was a launch console I figured it was a good idea. My point is my brand new Series has closed the app a few times.

Yes a few times, usually in the pre game lineup screen, a few times in the first few innings. It's annoying.

I've had my PS5 crash twice during online gameplay.

Okay, so it sounds like a software issue. Thanks everyone. Maybe if we're lucky that will be a patch priority after they figure out co-op and mini seasons.

For mini seasons I just quit the one I was doing prior to the patch, I've completed it 3 times now without issues.
